...but you recently moved to the Knarvik area and don't speak Norwegian? No problem, sensei Gro Helen Dale is happy to teach in a combination of English and Norwegian. 

Please send an e-mail to knarvik.karate@gmail.com before you show up at training for the first time, so the sensei knows you are coming. 

What: Shima-Ha Shorin-Ryu (karate) and Yamanni Chinen-Ryu (kobudo) from Okinawa.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 19:00 - 21:00.

Where: Knarvik Arena. From the main entrance, walk up the stairs by the elevator and then go to the right.

Who: You need to be at least 12 years old to train with us. No upper age limit! No experience with martial arts needed.

We are a small group of adults who have been training together since 2020. The sensei has trained Shima-Ha Shorin-Ryu and Yamanni Chinen-Ryu for more than 20 years.
